Property Overview
Township Square, located in Missouri City, Texas, sits in a high traffic zone on FM-1092 and Highway 6. With inspiration coming from popular areas of Houston such as Montrose, Uptown Park, and The Heights, KM Realty has instilled a more urban design to replace this 1980s-era property. The upside to Township Square's renovation is that it will contribute to its desirability both by tenants and patrons alike. Since its initial opening in 1984, the 67,000-square-foot shopping center has not undergone any cosmetic renovations. The re-vamp of Township Square brings a new life to the area of Missouri City and serves as a gathering place rather than just a typical shopping center.
